GovQA Service Module
The
GovQA Service Module
captures, routes, manages, searches
and reports on all citizen requests
for service into a department -
from inception through fulfillment.
Every department can tailor the
Service Module to meet their individual
needs – setting complex workflow
rules, service level time triggers
and dynamic loan balancing routines
to accommodate their environment.
Meanwhile, GovQA will accumulate
the status of all activity across
all departments in order to report
comprehensive status to government
managers or elected officials.
Example: For example, the
police department may want all parking
ticket processing to route to three
people in a target time of two days,
with ticket rerouting if a person
is busy or on vacation. A street
department, on the other hand, may
strive to fix potholes by coordinating
five parties over a month long period.
Result: GovQA accommodates
both situations by letting each
department capture its own data,
set its own routing rules and establish
its own timelines. GovQA provides
reporting for each department and
across all departments.
