The GovQA Live Support Module

The GovQA Live Support Module is an optional service that backs up local government departments whenever there is a high volume of citizen communication through phone calls , email or through the website. Local governments also use this service to provide off-hour support when required or, in some cases, round the clock support.

GovQA Live Support routes inbound calls to a trained staff of call center professionals that are already familiar with the GovQA platform. These operators have limited access to the local government's GovQA service through their browsers and can use the government's GovQA knowledgebase to answer questions.
