| The
GovQA Information Module
The
GovQA Information Module
answers citizen questions quickly
and completely, with minimal work
required by the local government
administrators. It builds itself
into a growing central repository
of complete institution information.
Quickly: GovQA shows citizens
the top questions being asked of
a department, allows citizens to
search questions for their own answers,
or permits citizens to ask a question.
All facilities are simple to use
and continually check against the
existing knowledgebase before bothering
administrators with a question.
Completely: To text, staff
can include links, attachments,
calendars and any other information
in an answer. This way, citizens
only have one place to go for all
information- instead of hunting
through multiple areas within the
government website.
Builds Itself: The GovQA
Information Module builds itself
by adding new answers to its growing
knowledgebase. In this way, the
system starts to collect city or
county information - with focus
on that information that citizens
want to see. This ensures that current
and relevant information is always
available to citizens for access.
