Our Mission:

The WebQA mission is to provide an affordable, comprehensive set of inbound and outbound communication tools that can be used over the phone, in person or through the web to provide responsive service to both customers and employees – and to back these tools up with optional, trained live support agents for organizations when needed.

Our Customer and Components:

WebQA is one of the country’s leading providers of Customer Relationship Management Systems. We have been servicing hundreds of millions of people worldwide since 2000. Customers include Global 100 corporations, leading financial institutions, large academic institutions and local governments.

  • GovQA leads the country in Citizen Request Management for city and county governments. GovQA unites a comprehensive service tool for the government marketplace with a dynamic knowledgebase capability typically deployed for the commercial marketplace. Today these technologies combine to help cities and counties ranging in population size from 3,000 citizens to over one million citizens effectively handle more citizens while streamlining support costs.
  • EdQA is the leading system for Student Response Centers. In addition to a dynamic knowledgebase that provides information to students, faculty and staff, EdQA offers a comprehensive workflow engine to handle requests for service, and a full suite of outbound communication capabilities to alert and inform students via text messaging and email broadcasts. Schools from 1,000 students to 55,000 students use EdQA to reduce information handling costs.
  • BizQA is WebQA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite that addresses all customer, employee and management communication requests. BizQA is installed for many companies around the world and, like EdQA and GovQA, it supports 10 different languages. BizQA can be deployed as an ongoing customer relationship management facility or in ad-hoc, urgent situations to provide concentrated customer support as in the case of recalls, mergers/acquisitions or crisis.

WebQA couples its GovQA, EdQA and BizQA communication suites with optional live support agents that use the WebQA tools to handle calls and emails during high volume or after hour time periods.

Our Service and Price:

WebQA's hosted systems easily integrate with, and look like, an existing organization's website. Organizations require only internet access to use WebQA’s systems. Users connect to GovQA, EdQA or BizQA through a browser to manage requests for information and service or to launch outbound notifications or surveys. There is no hardware to buy or complicated software to learn.

Designed to meet your budget constraints, our pricing starts at a few hundred dollars per month and is based upon size of organization. All WebQA’s customers- from very small to very large organizations – have found the WebQA platform to be an valuable tool.
