communication capabilities to alert and inform students

from 1,000 students to 55,000 students use EdQA

BizQA
is WebQA’s Customer Relationship Management
(CRM) suite that addresses all customer, employee
and management communication requests. BizQA is
installed for many companies around the world and,
like EdQA and GovQA, it supports 10 different languages.
BizQA can be deployed as an ongoing customer relationship
management facility or in ad-hoc, urgent situations
to provide concentrated customer support as in the
case of recalls, mergers/acquisitions or crisis.
WebQA couples its GovQA, EdQA and BizQA communication
suites with optional live support agents that use
the WebQA tools to handle calls and emails during
